Acknowledgement - Realization that I don’t know that which I don’t know. There are always things I don’t know. Until I acknowledge this, how can I begin to look for these things?

Awareness - I know that I don’t know. At this point I become focused and aware that I can know what I don’t presently know. I can now look for these things.

Attitude - The essence of how my mind works. All my thoughts now generate the procedures I choose to use and the beliefs I choose to accept. My personality is shaped by my attitude. My perceptions generate this attitude.

Action - I can now take some form of action. This action will propel me toward my targets or goals. This action will be predicated upon my attitude.

Achievement - The measurement of where I am at any particular time. This measurement can become my benchmark for my particular strategy. If I am missing my target I can make adjustments to my strategy.
